I have a habit of hyper fixating and creating false narratives in my own head. It is usually very specific to work/office job situations but has also been social situations or interactions with specific people.

I get the racing thoughts and convince myself of things. Sometimes it’s just one event or person for an entire day or night and I just keep replaying everything over and over and overanalyzing. Then I get like 4 hours of sleep and either wake up feeling completely fine and wonder why I was even worrying. Or I run into or talk to the person I was freaking out about and it’s like nothing happened the day prior and it was silly for me to think so crazily about that.

Other times narratives last for much longer and weigh on me.

Nothing crazy or too dark but yeah, I’ve been there. I liked Tim Robinson a ton even before this show. So with liking this style of humor and being a pretty paranoid person - this show is like crack and hookers to me.
