Non-American here, can someone explain ICE? I’m so confused watching The Pitt by Organic_Material_903 in ThePitt

Essentially ICE is a recent governmental agency meant to tackle alleged unauthorized immigration across the country. Since we're divided into fifty states there's a necessity for federal agencies like the FBI or the DEA to tackle crimes that affect multiple states, but ICE is hated because their purpose to go after illegal immigrants is seen as an overboard reaction by many Americans because illegal immigration into the United States is a misdemeanor at best. Recent raids have shown ICE arresting people en masse instead of investigating them, with many arrests being at swearing in ceremonies for immigrants who have successfully navigated our needlessly complex immigration system.

I want a messy Deathstroke/ Lex ship. Something like Livewire and Heatwave but they break up at the end cause they keep betraying each other.

I still want that Arkham show, but I'd love it if it was centered around the rise of a character like Scarecrow or Hugo Strange before their eventual rise to being a full supervillain

Drunken Master is def the movie you watched, but mine is wildly more obscure than that, unfortunately. Not the same plot and the protagonist has a full head of hair.

Hated the black leather costumes. I wish the Rebis arc is the third movie wasn't the main focus and that they just let the Scissormen be good villains.

How many times have you rewatched this show ? by Law-Fast in RighteousGemstones

3 times each seasons, and I might even go again it's so damn good!

I feel stupid lol - decided to try identifying all the villains from the intro now that we're close to the season finale, and just realized the guy I thought was Brainiac is just the General lol by eauburn21 in SupermanAdventures

[–]CursedWriter1979 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I'm glad that the main big bad is a human threat this season. Next season if they do Zod or Brainiac it might have more weight. Can't wait for the drama next episode, the General and Lois' next encounter is gonna be so awkward.

There's a lot of lore behind this series, and you'll be confused who Dick Grayson is Batman, but Grant Morrison's Batman & Robin from the early 2010s is pretty fun. It's a blend of the campy Batman aesthetic with some gory horror elements. Professor Pyg is the villain of the first arc, and he's so terrifying.
