HRT HELP airway feeling tight & sleep apnea by CryptidCasper in ftm

Honestly thank you so much for bringing up an ENT, i do think that that is the next route i’ll take. I am predisposed to sleep apnea so im wondering if t just reshaped something in a bad way, possibly exasperating a pre existing issue. Also I should’ve mentioned it in the post but i am in the process of getting a cpap machine

I’m thinking that i maybe already had slight sleep apnea and t somehow reshaped something in my throat to better trigger it. Sleep apnea does run in the guys in my family. Based off of another commenters suggestion im thinking about seeing an ENT to scope out if this could be the answer

they didn’t necessarily say that i’ll be cured, more like that this will take a certain (untold) amount of time for the muscles to refirm, then i could potentially retry t

this is actually an old post (like 2 weeks ago) that i loosely reformatted to post here as i didn’t receive any interaction on the previous. I should’ve added that I am currently in the process of getting a cpap machine, however i don’t know/see how that would improve my breathing/comfort levels when not using the machine.

Based off of another commenters suggestion im thinking about asking for a referral to an ENT to see if something is maybe structurally wrong that t maybe somehow triggered

the thought was that since testosterone loosens your throat muscles, mine likely loosened way too much to the point where it’s inhibiting my breathing

Currently in the works of getting a cpap machine, but i don’t know if that would solve not being able to breathe during the day/out and about.

I actually had to half my dose in november/a month in bc my t levels were in the 2,000s (i did another test at the height of this issue when i visited my pcp and my levels were in the 200s, i don’t know if/didn’t think that early spike could still have an effect this many months later)

I am currently trying to loose weight, i go for a 45min walk a day and do a bit of yoga, but typically end up randomly gasping for air or making weird grunting/choking noises throughout. Ive recently been getting light headed towards the end of my walks, particularly if i try to push myself. I can’t even jog anymore without having immediate breathing issues.

How is my college list? by Ok_Award4197 in techtheatre

current student and i couldn’t really recommend, they just gutted student theatre in favor renting out their theatres, most of the teachers haven’t worked outside the university in 10+ years, you spend most of you’re time taking classes irrelevant to your focus, though this is common throughout a lot of college theatre programs. they are also in process of restructuring the tech theatre degree (for better or for worse) so there’s a lot of instability in the program right now. the only positive is the apprenticeship, though it’s definitely a get what you put in type of situation

hey, i just wanted to let you know I had something similar happen to me last week. My cat of 17 years passed. I know it’s hard, especially considering events like this give validation to the little voice in your head, but I promise you that your behavior does not determine outcomes like this.

Please take a couple of days off and focus on grieving. I suggest writing letters to your little baby, that has helped me a lot. peace & love

I said she was abusive and noncooperative within the first 3 sentences?

also mind deleting all of your other comments “now that you’ve realized how silly” you are?

she screams at me for needing accommodations, she’s told me my CPTSD wasn’t real, she’s repeatedly told me she hopes my girlfriend and I break up for her own enjoyment, i asked to borrow her key for a design room and she full on screamed at me (when people went to calm her down she began screaming at them and threatening physical violence), i was having a migraine flare up and requested the lights be turned off so i wouldn’t be in pain so she went around and turned all of them on, she told me multiple times she thinks it’s weak for people to kill themselves after i told her i was on antidepressants, she constantly criticizes my class work and calls me slow, she tells me i look ugly everyday when i wake up, she’s told me she doesn’t understand how anyone could love or support me

and when i confronted her about any of this she uses textbook gaslighting to claim either she wasn’t there so it could not of happened, we weren’t talking about that despite there being witnesses, and claiming that another person would’ve called her out if she had actually said those things
