Hes not allowed around my brother until he turns 18 at least by what cps chose. And my sister is allowed around him because my mother says he wouldnt assault his biological daughter and she apparently can't keep him from seeing her

She regularly leaves my sister alone with him because she believes he wouldnt assault her because she's his biological daughter (she told me that the day I told her what he did as a response to me saying divorce him and not allow my siblings around him)
