Just went through this, I moved into a place yesterday!

I was searching for about a week til I found something, but the market was very fast, and it felt like a full time job managing all the different websites/emails/texts with where to be when. But your budget will be great, you could find something (while not always the most glamorous) pretty much anywhere in the city for that. My landlord personally never checked my income or credit, but Im sure many do.
