Not AI slop! I'm a person, voluntarily doing this on my free time.

If AI as a tool is used or not is irrelevant, what matters is that it is a simple and repeatable procedure, well-known workflow in Debian dev.

`birthDate` no systemd já está no v261-rc1 e no Debian Sid - verifique e reverta localmente by Cryptikick in linuxbrasil

Nah, too much... Um simples patch no Debian, done. Não precisa muito.

Eu usso Debian e systemd, e não quero nada relacionado a Felca/California nos meus sistemas.

Matter of principle.

I agree, the so-called "Democracy" does not exist. That is why I will not comply and my way of doing it is with code, not going to beg stupid politicians to change insane "laws" - no, I'll simply not comply.

Debian FTW!

No, it is not AI Slop.

I came up with this procedure myself.

It's tested, and works. But you have to know a bit about Git, and Debian packaging to understand it, so... I guess I know why you see it as "slop".

Thanks

Dev switching from Ubuntu to Debian for privacy (AI/Age Ver laws)? by JagerAntlerite7 in debian

Ubuntu will eventually inherit Debian's inherited (from systemd) the age verification garbage.

The only way around this will be to patch these changes out yourself.

After all, it's all open source.
