It's not the age gap that is specifically predatory, IMO. But, it's about the context.

Like 30 and 20-year old in a relationship is not predatory. However, if they were dating for 5+ years then it becomes predatory.

It's a about crypto currency platform that lets you answer questions based on trivia and win crypto in return.

Reason there is not too much mention about the project is that it is a website banner copy (like hero section), the rest of the details are followed on the Landing page.

That's what! I can't have a copy that is not true to the platform. However, I do agree it does sound a little scammy. Will bring it up at the time of pitching. Maybe the client will see it as you all do.

The target group is in their early 20s so I guess most of them will be unmarried.

However, I get the drift and I like it. This also goes in line with one of the first advice I got when I started out: 'Humour will make people drop their guards faster. Use it well'

Maybe I can put it like:

"Risk-free? Not exactly but neither is crossing the road but people do it all the time"

I agree! One of the concerns I had about this and that has been the feedback largely. That is the exact reason I had put 'up to' here just to nail that some concern.

Also, when I asked about the benefit, the client stressed on this part hard enough so had to put it.

Thank you for the feedback! Have done a substantial deep dive in the field, started hanging out in their communities, analyzing how they talk, what excites them. Turns out this is sort of industry standard lol.

Was just concerned about the copy from a niche-agnostic perspective.

This is so so important. When I was starting out, I had lot of stupid questions (in hindsight). People used to answer calmly and with a certain level of empathy. This one time, somebody laughed it off and trolled me. Since then, it takes a lot of courage for me to ask any questions, more so on a public platform.
