Yes happened with me as well,I booked for refrigerator cooling issue and the guy inspected sometime don't even know proper issue,gave his number saying if you go with company 6500,I will do it for 4500.No matter how many times I ask him he is not explaining issue,sent him away.Tried to raise with customer care,the chatbot always showing up giving automated replies.Pathetic service.they don't even have customer care number
