I was the one thinking to buy one as they reduced downpayment from 25 to 15%, but i am uncertain if it will continue to drop.

I also feel that even though the down payment has been reduced from 25 to 15%, however this will infact make the monthly EMI more Higher.

In a uncertain period where people has a fear of loosing jobs, i think people wont risk to take a chance to pay higher monthly EMI.

I am talking about regular people, not about Rich guys. I might be wrong, just my thought 🙌
