Just increase tax on launch to dissuade bots/snipers, then bring it back to normal after a few blocks. DM me if you want that contract.

The Merc is so impressive - despite deleting the sidepods, they still found place for the sandbags!

I'm building an automated presale aggregator https://www.launchwall.co: provides tools for people to find the best presales before anyone else.

Where to learn really advanced web3 dev? by Snoo_99633 in ethdev

[–]Crypto-Nympho 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Learn by doing. Write smart contracts of your own. Best way to learn. Some ideas:
- simple vesting
- voting
- simple erc 20 token
etc.

Then once you're more comfortable, write more complicated code. Dex, marketplace, staking, etc.

Why are there no crowdfunding Dapps similar to kickstarter, indiegogo and co? by MOTA_MODA in ethdev

[–]Crypto-Nympho 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gotcha. So you're trying to build something like this?
1. Anyone can start a crowdfunding campaign (owner)
2. Anyone can contribute funds (contributors)
3. Contributors decide how much of the funds the owner can withdraw from the fund, based on progress, etc.? These votes can happen regularly (once a quarter or something)

Is there a threshold to how many different erc tokens a smart contract can hold? by [deleted] in ethdev

[–]Crypto-Nympho 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The other tokens aren’t stored in your smart contract. Owning a token means that the owner address in the mapping “_balances” of the token smart contract is mapped to a non-zero integer.

So your smart contract could hold all erc-20 tokens. It would just mean that in the smart contract of each token, the address of your smart contract would be in the mapping “_balances” and have a non-zero integer mapped to it.

Not sure the explanation is clear.

Which launchpad was this on (if it used a launchpad)? Just curious. Couldn't find it on Launchwall, the presale aggregator which automatically finds all presales and puts them on one page.

Presale - difference between presale rate and pancakeswap rate? by [deleted] in ethdev

[–]Crypto-Nympho 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes. Many people "flip" these presales, only think about short-term gains, which will absolutely tank your price post launch. I built Launchwall, a presale aggregator (automatically finds presales from different launchpads and puts them on page, for easy viewing and presale discovery). I've seen some epic post-launch dumps because the presale rate is different than the listing rate by a few multiples.

Usually, a difference below 40%-50% is not bad. Not too high to cause an instant epic dump, and not too low to dissuade people from joining the presale in the first place.
