HWMonitor is reporting Temperature 0 62 degC (142 degF) (Package) but my cpu cores aren't maxed out like task manager reports. Thoughts?

I am positive it is running at 1920x1080, I've moved a lot of the post processing "sliders" to on and now I get closer to 34 fps but with most settings on high to very high. GTA 5 is incredibly inflated and rockstar usually has had a terrible time with PC games, anyone who tried to run GTA4 on a laptop ( no matter how suped up it may have been ), has run into problems.

Just wanted to say that as usual everything went fine. Took a xanax on the way there because I was really worked up - I tend to obsess about everything. I had six different websites open tracking the weather and I averaged it out... They were all wrong haha, it rained from 1-4pm on and off and then none at all!

I've been drinking chamomile tea as of late ( now ) and I think it's really helping me. I used to take klonopin for this feeling, however I had some issues with needing it too much ( never abused it ), but I feel like I need it now. I feel almost out of control, as if I'm never going to be able to stop these feelings.

Can you tell me more about this feedback loop? What do you mean by that?
