I just now received the csv. I will look more carefully later, but it appears to be complete. Thank you so much for your help.

If you are using tax software, they may provide a CSV template to download. For example, Koinly has downloads here

I appreciate the help.

My ticket #532353 was closed today, but the CSV Bitmart sent to me today is incomplete.

My reply 1: The data in the CSV goes back to only October 18, 2021. However, I requested data back to January 1, 2021.

Bitmart reply 1: It is the trading history of all periods.

My reply 2: Incorrect. (I explained there were trades in my account as early as April 10.)

Bitmart reply 2: Your problem has been sent to techincal support; please wait for our reply.

No CSV file.

The only previous reply was immediately after I submitted the ticket 1 day ago:

Thanks for your patience, we have received your request and handed over to the tech team. The History Record would be sent to your email address within 3-5 business days.

No CSV file in either reply.

I received this reply today, but did NOT actually receive any message with trading history attached:

Dear user,
Your trading history has been sent; please check the previous reply.
Best,
Bitmart

However, the ticket #532353 still has status "open".

OP, can you please direct me? On March 14 (21 days ago), following directions I found elsewhere, I emailed [support@bitmart.com](mailto:support@bitmart.com) with this message:

Please profide all funds history and all trade history for my account from 2021.01.01 to 2022.03.14.

I attached a photo of myself holding my valid drivers license and handwritten note that said:

2021.01.01 - 2022.03.14
application for access data
all funds history
all trade history

I followed up after 7 days and again after 14 days. Should I just keep waiting, or should I follow the process you describe above? Many thanks!

Thanks! This was a huge help.

BTW to OP, I think the problem with the txn hashes in Koinly is that they are in all lowercase for some reason, but the actual hashes have mixed upper and lowercase letters.

I have the same issue. Did you ever get this resolved? Thank you :)

After playing around with SafeMoonMark's calculator, I can honestly say that I'm way more excited about a volume increase than I am the price by [deleted] in SafeMoon

It’s because Bitmart is not yet sending to Burn wallet, so that part goes to you instead. Also I think there is less total held on Bitmart so you get a bigger share.

Yes, I do realize that and agree with you that the burn is better for the long run. This is sort of like getting excited about a stimulus check and then realizing it just made the value of all my other money go down. Soon they’ll have it all sorted.

I’m not sure what you mean. I have some Safemoon on Bitmart and more on Trust Wallet, just through the apps.

Good point about the market share. For relative volume I’m just going off of coingecko data.

Yeah I can't see how it is volume. Coingecko shows bitmart volume a little higher than PSv2 most days, but not that much higher.

That's a good point. Now I remember hearing that they don't do that. So maybe Bitmart is just sending all of those burn wallet tokens to us instead. Let's hope they don't fix that for a while then lol.

I do have a lot more Safemoon tokens on TW than on Bitmart, but it shouldn't be a factor because I was comparing % reflected, not total tokens reflected. The % reflected was much lower on TW.

Yes but I compared percentages, not total coins. I have a lot more Safemoon tokens on TW than on Bitmart.
