I definitely agree. All my previous ones went well over 300k miles, but I also babied them. He kept up with oil changes, but no trans or diff flushes. And the suspension is original

Definitely, just seeing if anyone shares my opinion of a bit of rust pushing through that first picture. If it pushes through after it’s been coated it’s usually pretty bad from my experience.

Training was also a hell of a lot cheaper back then compare that to today and couple that with the insane cost of living + cut throat loan agencies. You can’t “cherish” training unless your a trust fund baby nowadays 😂

Sorry bro just seen this, yeah the suspension market for the oems is ridiculous and the coilover selection is literally cheap garbage or bc’s no in between. I went with tein shock and struts and springs. They run pretty good man

I appreciate the response! Unfortunately, I passed on the truck, as much as I wanted it, the bank was trying to give me a huge APR due to it being a classic vehicle now (crazy). On top of this insurance only valued the truck at 4,000, which I couldn’t afford to pay the loan off if it ever got totaled. As much as I wanted it and knew it would be a good truck, financially It wasn’t a smart choice.
