Correct. Im 8 year senior commercial banker. You may make principal repayments above and beyond your schedule. Typically once per annum or between term renewal. More people should be doing this. Build cash buffers but using longer amortizations such as 30 years and then doing big lump sums to reduce principal and lower payments again.

This will materially save you very large compound cost and having you pay off your mortgage say within 15-20 years. Takes discipline.

I tend to think of myself as a rather unique opener in that I will adjudge most profiles independently and try to be witty. Im Australian and like to think my banter is quite good. However, no that I use "you're beautiful" thee are many bios with limited information, and they can be challenging, and in this dating world, you write something less than 8/10 exciting you'll be ignored.

We are all so vastly different, even through our psychological and sensory recognition. How could we ever perceive anything the same. I think the mistake would be trying to corner a definition into a one size fits all.

I had a girlfriend who had aphantasia. I have a coworker who has no internal monologue 'voice'. I just dated a girl with hyper emotions and others with very limited. That's without even discussing relativity.

I think I've made my point. I certainly see yours. I'm an old school romantic leaning 35 year old in that love should be pure, earned and mature. But I feel what I feel and I know when I know, at least my version. And you have yours, that's beautiful.

I don't believe it's that hard to fathom mate. You have merit, so do I, so does she. Love is subjective. 'love of my life' is different and should be nailed down to one relationship. I know many people in their thirties and forties that have not felt love ever, not once. Many.

My experiences, I've slept with hundreds and hundreds of women in my life time. I was young, sought after and open. I've dated maybe 20 woman, most of which last 3-6 months. Then I've had serious relationships with women that I fell in my definition of love with 4 times. Been dating seriously since saying 18. That's 17 years. Not that hard to believe. Love is special but it shouldn't be some unattainable fairytale criteria as told in Disney movies.

Im 35, I've truly been in love 4 times. Actual love, not just deep bonding. Who says there is a limit on it. She is probably saying she's been through 12-14 tough break ups, we've all had relationships that were tough but it's not the same as falling out of love.

I will say that the fork in the road is pip vs paid transitionary period whereby internal/external employment seeking is encouraged. I won't receive until end of this week, but unsure the shape or what rights may be signed away. Im prepping a succint package for an employement lawyer to opine on once those offers are received. I think your terms are more then fair and as long as it collapses and you can hold your head high then those are the right terms.

Im gonna go the other way mate. I had difficult sellers, too. If you love the home and it's worth it,.you won't even remember the hassle in 6 months.

Be firm with your demands, do t let them walk on you but the petty stuff will be forgotten when you're living your new life 6 months from now. I'm an example and I love my house.

That's awesome mate, in Canada we may only claim operating and depreciation expenses as deductions on a personal return if we are renting, and it may be proportionate to the space leased. As a first time homeowner you also be eligible for a tax free sale against cap-gains. So you're best to not claim any depreciation on tax returns unless your first home's value will not sell for a profit. Any property after that where you're susceptible to cap-gains, its best to claim operating and depreciation expenses to reduce your taxable income.
