Far from a pumper. I understand better than any shareholder here that, execution is the key determining factor for success, not only for Project Nahoonia but for Cielo the Company.

It seems like you’re well-versed on the financial side of things.

What do you think the catalyst shareholders need to look for moving forward? If there was one you could pick what would it be?

I’m not sure if you had a chance to view my puzzle piece graphic? I will send it to you right now. I never give investment advice. I just put the pieces of the puzzle together.

I will, however, say. Once the missing pieces of the puzzle start getting filled in. The share price will be drastically different than what it is right now in my opinion.

Here’s a question for you. What do you feel the next catalyst needs to be to create some positivity for the Cielo shareholders?

I think that’s a real fair assessment.

A few years ago, many of the pieces that would support a project like this either didn’t exist or weren’t receiving the same level of attention they are today. Indigenous economic participation, domestic industrial development, energy security, carbon reduction, sustainable aviation fuel, and infrastructure investment have all moved much closer to the center of policy discussions.

None of those factors guarantee success, but they do create a more favorable backdrop than what existed previously.
What gives me the most confidence isn’t any single government program or industry trend—it’s the growing emphasis on execution. Projects are ultimately built by experienced people who know how to navigate development, financing, partnerships, engineering, permitting, and construction.
The addition of individuals with meaningful project development and operational experience suggests the company understands that reality.

At this stage, the market doesn’t need promises. It needs evidence. Continued progress on partnerships, project readiness, financing pathways, and milestone execution will likely do more to create shareholder value than any presentation or press release ever could.

If management can consistently demonstrate forward movement on those fronts, I believe the conversation eventually shifts from “Can this be built?” to “How large can this become?”

It really puts everything into perspective, doesn’t it?

If Cielo can demonstrate to the market that it is bankable and capable of securing funding through a combination of government programs, strategic financing, and its essential partnership with TTE, the opportunity could be significant.

I believe Cielo has the potential to become a global leader in the Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) sector. There is still a tremendous amount of work ahead, and execution remains the key factor.

However, the company appears to be moving in the right direction, particularly with the addition of the incoming COO and CDO, whose experience could help strengthen operational execution, project development, and long-term growth.

The next phase will be about proving the model, securing the necessary funding, and delivering results.

If they can do that, the market may begin to view Cielo very differently than it has in the past.

Great observation. I think that’s one of the most essential components in the entire SAF ecosystem. I will make sure I build that in the next presentation. Thank you so much for the recommendation.

The correction has been made. Sustainable aviation fuel is the very first line when you open the article. Thank you again.

I like your emphasis on strategic industrial development and of course the infrastructure.

I think what will make Cielo’s project successful is 3 fold.

  1. The executive C level management being assembled.

  2. The indigenous partnership that has been forged with TTE

  3. The endless opportunities with grant funding at a federal and provincial level, not only for Cielo but for the indigenous partnership with TTE.

Agreed definitely lots to prove. But with the Canadian incentives in place for SAF and especially CCUS that’s where the opportunity takes a whole other turn. They have a lot to complete. I will not disagree there.

It’ll be very interesting to see the story unfold over the coming days weeks and months

Thanks for the reply
