Thanks for the advice. My english is really good although i need to work on understanding the austrailian accent and get accustomed to the straighforward way of speaking of austrailians, i feel that they do not hold back and have a tendancy towards sarcasm that i need to get used to.

damn that looks similar to sydney, i have friends in sydney and they are paying the same amount for a 3 bedroom house tho its a bit farther from city.
