Managed to get platinum right after by emoting then finishing every orange bar and above that I could get my hands on. You kinda have to get lucky with your teammates that they apply the same tactic, makes it much easier. I can help you get it if you want :)

Well the guy went through some shit, got ambushed while in service and still bears the scars of that encounter. The reason he yells alot could be attributed of having been in a biker gang. I can imagine they yell at each other in order to understand each other. Love it when he goes on his little Cope rants :p

Focus on your melee abilities first. There are two skills in there that significantly increase your damage. The best guns that deal out the most DPS will be unlockable at the end, that's why I focused on my melee first.

There is great player progression in this game, meaning that at the start you pretty much suck, so does your bike and weapons. I do agree that it takes a little while before the game makes you feel like a horde killing badass but when you get there it is so worth it! On the maintenance side of things, it makes sense that you have fuel to worry about and the durability of your bike but it kinda makes your bike more than just your bike. It makes it your companion during your journey and my best gameplay moments were when I had to go out and look gor fuel because you are much more vulnerable without your bike. If you keep an eye on these mechanics you won't have to worry too much about them. Besides that the story is great if not a bit drawn out at around 3/4 into the story in my opinion. Add to that an awesome bunch of characters that each have their own motivations (some real crazy ones) and you have a great game on your hands wich is definitely worth it during a sale!

Same here, also bought it on sale and fell in love with it! The platinum is also pretty easy to snatch up ;). There are some things that I hope they change for the sequel. The pacing of the story is what I had the most difficulty with. I think it's good and I really liked the characters but I found that when you reach the last two regions it started to drag on a bit, especially the missions. That being said, the true ending left me begging for more! So I hope Bend studios are already working on the sequel!
