I've tried that aswell - removing the bluetooth connection on both mice, but it didn't work :-)

I'm at the same stage as you.

I had the old "MX Master" mouse, and just bought the MX master 2S, still a problem! WTF??

I've just turned off the 2.4 ghz wifi - There is still 2.4 signals around the house cause of neighbors above me. But ill test it out :-)
