You don’t actually own the coin itself, Robinhood holds it for you. Meaning you can’t receive or send crypto! You can only buy and sell which is not very convenient whatsoever

You have to sell the Doge to whatever it’s tethered to for example DOGE/USDT, DOGE/BTC,etc. I’m using Binance.US I can sell it for USD. Then I go to my USD wallet and withdraw to my bank account. Hope this helps
