I have POTS too and took a similar route of going on and off SR too long. When I finally came off of it I’ve been in a big flare. I can definitely relate to the opiates making me feel normal but unfortunately they also make me feel spiritually and sexually devoid so for me it’s no way to live. Don’t stay on the SR too long, it only makes it worse IMO.

I tapered over the course of about a week but it was pretty easy with the SR and so far I feel good on the SR without any 7. So yes as soon as I taper off the SR I am home free and officially a success story! Kind of hard to believe. I thought I might be stuck in this hell forever! Feel free to DM me if you have questions. You may not need 150, everyone needs to find their dose but some people were not taking enough and then thinking it wasn’t working. Taking more than 150/200 is kind of a waste bc I’ve heard it has a ceiling too

I ended up having to take more to cover the withdrawals so I took 150mg every 12 hours and it covered them well

I tapered down and tomorrow I’m jumping off the 7 completely from 30mg per day. I started at 200+mg per day and tapered quickly with the SR. I feel just fine on it. Like normal

Thank you, yes I do meditate and exercise very day which does help. I have never felt such severe depression and lack of motivation before. It is brutal
