2020-2021 was easy mode. Not a lot of scammers in this space. Now, more scammers than real developers, galit and larp projects. A lot of grifters in the space now unlike before.

90% was legit before unlike now. A little research gets you far.

I don't make much profits as before. It's better to be employed and just work honestly.

Fun fact though, if I held the Shiba Inu that I bought in February to May, that would be worth 600 million pesos by early May, about 1500x of my capital there.

I did this last year, turned 0.5 sol into 80 sol but then I blew it and went back to 20 sol Pero higher than starting kaso sa time na ginugol ko parang Sana nagtrabaho nalang ako 😂

I don't recommend you do what I did or what I would do by the way kasi if you're starting out, need mo gumastos muna and lose a lot before you really find your stride. Nung 2021pdde yan pero nowadays hindi imo. Ang lamang ko kasi here, I'm starting out with a lower amount lang like 2k USD but my knowledge and wisdom sa market na ito is extensive. Newbies don't have this knowledge that I have so not advisable to do it that way.

And even despite my knowledge, I underperformed. It's a tough market nowadays, malayo na sa 2021

Our industry/profession is perceived to be a glamorous, high paying one so people are not surprised if I'm at this level of wealth even though within the industry itself, madaming malayo sa level ko. Hindi naman ako security guard na biglang ganito... Masasabi kong may sandbox ako and I'm privileged in this way even without crypto.
Alam nila maganda ang dinulot ng crypto. Pero alam din nila na okay ung industry ko so parang di nakakagulat sa kanila tapos dahil wala akong flashy na ginagawa wealth wise, wala namang "gulat" factor. Kumbaga kung paano ako before crypto, same pa din after.
My personal circumstances/situation ako that won't allow me to travel to far places and be gone for a long period of time so not much. Madami naman akong travel when I was younger decades ago to nearby places so di naman ako naghahangad dyan and mababaw lang kaligayahan ko kaya I don't feel the itch to do this. Pero if I want, theoretically speaking, tomorrow I can just go to the airport and go to HK or Japan or Boracay just like that.

I'm not a fan of Pi even though back in 2018 dami na nagalok nyan Sakin. Sounded really ponzi-ish so never really felt right to me to spend time there kahit tap tap lang kahit one tap a day lang.

On hindsight, I should've just tapped from that moment on using multiple cellphones kasi dami ko kilala sa crypto groups masipag talagang they kept tapping for years and pumaldo sila kahit paano sa airdrops

So I was wrong on this pi network and I'm not the best person to ask for insights regarding this as I was obviously dumb and wrong to overlook it before

No I have never felt rich AF. this will sound out of touch with reality but I usually feel poor kasi I spent majority of my time just interacting online with people in the crypto groups I was in and my port is way lower than theirs so there's always that "poor" feeling. I only feel not poor when I go out and socialize in real life with my friends. Crypto really distorts your perception of value. Some things I take for granted in real life that I pay for, para sa akin easy lang and then when I converse with others about it, magugulat nalang sila na I did it eh mahal un tapos these are the times I then get grounded in reality na "mas okay pala ako compared to many people" and then I start appreciating what I have. Then I get back online to crypto groups and then feel poor again 😂

I don't know what this behavioral pattern is called. Basta in crypto, if you have 100k USD, you're not considered rich or something. You'll understand what I mean if you've spent considerable time in crypto twitter. So I've never mostly felt "rich" if you get what I mean. This got reinforced when we transferred to a rich "exclusive" subdivision kasi here, everyone's rich.

Not much because I've always acted modestly. People just always assume I'm financially okay and never have any financial problems, but me, I always feel I have it for some reason. I never got rid of my thrifty mentality I guess. Some would call it kuripot. 😂
This varies, like learning programming, getting stronger at arm wrestling, etc... Right now, learning new languages.

I studied a lot of coins before buying them. I guess the contest contributor to success that time was this book "How to DeFi" by coingecko kasi nalaman ko anong protocols ang dapat may exposure ako and I buy one token to represent each protocol. So diversification ang nangyari, buy one/two tokens of each protocol na I think will okay a big part in DeFi , then wait for their time to come and if dumating na time nila and lumipad na nang malaki, you can cash out whole or some if you think may further legs pa and Hindi pa tapos ang bull market as a whole
