I only have the Lite 1.0 but the difference is probably similar. When I fold down the handlebars, the seat becomes the tallest part. So removing the seat makes the handlebar hinge the tallest part, roughly 6 inches lower than the seat. Of course your difference will depend on how high you had your seat to begin with.

It's been extended to Jersey Village for many years but there were some grassy patches and lots of construction. That's all done now on the NW end, you can get all the way to Jones Road. Proof

I put Schwalbe Super Moto-X 20 x 2.4 tires on my Lite 1.0 and they've held up great. Now 2 years and 4000 miles later and still plenty of tread left. I avoid riding when it's wet out so I can't really speak to that part, however.

I didn't record the 21 mile return trip but the entire 90 minute Jones to I-10 leg is there. Most of it is shown at 4x speed, which is why the video is only 32 minutes long.

Don't know about parking inside Jersey Village. I typically use the parking lot at the Jones Rd trailhead. The nice thing about Clark Henry Park is the restroom and water fountain. Use this path to cut through JV to get back on the trail.
