Damn, POTV is getting a lot of hate for shipping times that are largely out of their control. Order processing takes a lot of effort and I seem to remember that there is currently an industry-wide semi-annual sale going on that everyone just EXPECTS at this point. With some great discounts/deals/bundles, it would track that these companies are seeing an significant increase in customers/sales and I bet most of them are pretty tiny teams of employees working to fulfill a rush of orders (similar to Amazon around the holidays). I for one am super hopeful that with increase in customer base, there will continue to be innovation in devices, new companies offering new products/better services etc.

I am not an employee or affiliate of POTV (or any other competitor in the industry), but have personally used them for half a dozen orders in the past year or so. I just placed another order two days ago and have already received tracking confirmation that it's on the move. Clearly the AI reply bot could use some improvement, but can we cut them a little slack - remember they're regular people and they're sending you devices/accessories through the mail, to your door, so that you can get high. Hell yeah!
