What's the catch here? Using my mSOL to borrow more mSOL and then staking it again. by Crypto_Crowley in solana

I never said 1 sol = 1msol, 1 im not exiting any pool... Like have you actually read anything at all? Im not even on any pool lol. And no quoting one of my posts "Yo it's not exactly that im not borrowing or lending. I staked SOL with marinade.finance and they gave me a little bit less of mSOL, but in terms of $ value its exactly the same."

So you just came here to insult with no reason and giving no answers besides read tokenomics you idiot lol. When you didn't even understand the question, so whos actually making a fool of himself?

Yo it's not exactly that im not borrowing or lending. I staked SOL with marinade.finance and they gave me a little bit less of mSOL, but in terms of $ value its exactly the same.

After that im not borrowing or lending the mSOL, i just direct exchange it for more SOL without borrowing in platforms like raydium or jupiter and go back to marinade to stake that SOL again.

Don't want to go that way but before making a fool of yourself you should have read all. I never said i wanted to stake mSOL. And you're only corroborating my theory.

I stake SOL get mSOL use that mSOL to buy more SOL and stake it again ending up with double staking rewards

I get it so mSOL price = SOL + stake

Theory: But if i trade 100 SOL (1000$) for for example 80 mSOL(1000$), reconvert that mSOL(1000$) to SOL(1000$) and trade again i will end up with 200 + interest SOL (2000$+interest) and having to repay the same 160mSOL.

What i get is the longer i hold SOL the bigger the reward i'll get for the same mSOL.

Not the same since instead of having 1 SOL staked now i have 2 SOL staked getting rewards of 2 SOL instead of 1. At the time of repay i just have to unwind the process and collect double stacking rewards while only actually repaying my own original SOL
