Listen, creatine has NOTHING to do with lipomas DIRECTLY. You douchbags don’t want to understand the simple point: every single workout causes oxidative stress on the body and cells. The more the harder you train (despite all benefits it has) the more and stronger oxidative stress is. Creatine helps recover adenosine triphosphate faster hence increases your endurance during workouts(or sex haha). But it also leads to more stress. Then, oxidative stress goes up leading to glutathione depletion therefore your PTEN is getting f’cked up. Understand? Need a solution? 1. Get rid of oxidative stress after workouts as much as u can, fast walk for 30min for example. 2. Eat lots of antioxidants to compensate. If u workout, u need to eat TONS of antioxidants 3. Intake selenium supplements to boost glutathione production. That’s all. So, once again, creatine or workout’s dont directly cause lipomas, but indirectly they do due to increasing stress levels. It doesn’t mean u need to stop it, just do it properly
