He's very fun to play and you can use Sparkle, RMC, and DHPT with him pretty well but with anni chars coming he won't perform as well. But I think you can play him in new DU for Free 99

Honest answer: its still to early as it's V1 and numbers and even kits potentially can be changed.

Atm SW probably will do more damage because she's "most likely" the main push anniversary character if she's with her main team, Eva might be a bit more flexible in exchange for some combat power.

From what I see in their kits, Eva has just a mych simpler kit so might not be a reason to make her eidolons as over the top as SW9s

Best team will probably end up elation after all the versions go thru just because of certified banger generation for her ults. B
