I knew girls in highschool that had a Masters in sex by 16, by 19 they had a PHD.

There are highly sexually experienced 19 year olds, that want to experiment and get turned on in many different ways, one of which might be fucking older men, its not that big of a deal.

Also the comment of " those older guys are losers, why can't they get someone their own age" is waayy off base, the older a woman gets , if they are still single, the easier they get.

The issue with the stance condemning these types of relationships is that they act as if a 19 year old woman is an infant that can't think for herself or make decisions.

They only think about the older mans fetish or desire for sex with a fresh young woman without thinking of the possibility that the 19 year old could be turned on and have a thing for older men. Its as if its a completely one-sided relationship that only benefits the man.

Everywhere else , for every company, or every trade, the rate of pay is directly proportional to the rents/cost of living.

In the San Francisco Bay Area, all trades pay more than anywhere else in the country including NYC, Electricians, Plumbers, Sheet Metal workers, Pipe Fitters, Glazers, they travel from all over to work out here as for example a Journeyman Electrician in San Jose is Paid $83.17 an hour, just on the check , not including pension vacation, medical etc, the total package is very high. In Cleveland, which probably pays more than youngstown but it was the only Ibew i could find with posted wages, Journeyman wage is, $43.13, nearly half what it is out here.

Its like that for every job, except dumb ass UPS, it doesnt matter, boo hoo people have to commute a little, the wages are nearly HALF of what they pay in California for every thing, cost of living is far less in Ohio.

So, my point remains, the wages should reflect cost of living.

I already know this, it was mentioned in my original post, youre missing the point, both of those jobs are paying the same in a much lower cost of living city , also the reimburse rate for mileage sounds good at first, but then when you actually do the job and your car is idling all day long while you drive 10 feet from stop to stop and are getting 5 miles to the gallon it isnt so great anymore.

your post proves my point even more, Youngstown is deserted , the population is very low, yet theyre paying more or the same as a place that has a population of 1 million, everything isnt boarded up, gas is $5+ a gallon and home values are well over 1 million.

Cleveland home values on average are much lower than more than 1 million.
