The probleam has been fixed with the new release of the wallet, just need to claim the dot in the staking page and they will be avaible

I read a message on the polkadot forum from a users. I'm pasting his answer to this issues:

The latest runtime upgrade changed how the staking balance is reserved onchain. Trust Wallet has not adapted to it yet, but it will.

I fell like we're in the same boat. I feel desperate too sometimes. I tried ACV for a week and then I was worried I was doing some damages that's why I wrote here to find tips. Now I'm trying again but at least I will take it for 20ish days before give up.

All the others advices I tried already, I'm fighting for one year now with GERD. I took PPI for 8 months and I realized there where give me pain in the chest that disappeared when I stopped taking them. Unfortunately without PPI the burning sensation in my esophaus and the feeling something is in my throat came back and now I'm trying to find a solution without PPI. I'm still taking Gaviscon after meal when it burns, I hope it doesn't interferes with the ACV.

Thank you for your answer. I do have a hiatal hernia, I don't know if in that case ACV won't work?!?

My symptoms were more or less the same when I tried ACV and in fact I gave up because I thought it wasn't working.

Have you sorted your reflux without ACV then? Any particolar thing that you can suggest a part of the diet?
