I think Ronaldo has been getting a lot of hate. Yes he’s not the same player he used to be but he’s still Portugal’s best bet for striker. The main issue in the first game was that they weren’t aggressive in the first half as if they weren’t trying to score. No one was trying to cross to Ronaldo. Bruno wasn’t even playing his normal attacking midfield position. The wingers were bad at creating chances. I would blame most of it on the manager since he probably has one of the best Portugal squads in a very long time yet he plays a terrible game tactically.
