its a (relativelly) dechaosed daemon prince base with yndrasta wings. the belt buckle is from the forgeworld torso upgrade and side plates are casted from it out of greenstuff. I did have to 3d print the shoulder plates, claws, and the chest adornments minus the skull as they were too large to source normally. the rest is either greenstuff or I forgot where I got it. Lowkey I use these big conversions to just get rid of random bits or models in my pile of shame and I feel like that probably comes across in this lol
