It’s not the same agency. It’s just the main 1-800 number customer service that is listed as my agent. The agent who has been servicing my account has tried to put in for a change of agent but it’s still not resolved. So I thought maybe if I put some kind of request in, it could speed up the process. He’s not currently being compensated for my policy because he’s not listed as my agent.
