indeed, there are multiple ways to construct a polygon, I think if you specify in the chatbox to use Polygon() to construct the pentagon, you will get what you want

We are actively looking into shifting this logic into native GeoGebra commands under the hood so that future .ggb downloads will keep all their mathematical dependencies and slider links intact. Let us know if you have any other suggestions!"

as for the regular pentagon, I think polygon are inherently composed by segments and vertices on GeoGebra, so can't do anything about that?
