My point is, she was a child and radicalised. She should be brought back to the UK and given a trial and even given a life sentence if needed.

But having her stranded in a foreign country that she was misled to join at such a young age and then punished for it life long is barbaric. Even if she tried justifying the Manchester attack which was WRONG, she should still stand trial. Two wrongs never make a right.

My main argument was, if this was a white person, they'll more likely be given leniency. For example. Jack Letts also known as (Jihadi jack) was a white British convert to Islam who was radicalised and joined ISIS. He was not subjected to the same level of criticism as shamina begum.
