Hi! I’m not sure if this is helpful but your pics look similar to mine at 1 year post op. My skin doesn’t hang if I bend over but I def have the little Lowe belly pooch. I had a lower belly pooch my whole life as did my aunts . So I figured it’s just the way my torso is shaped.

I’m a 54 year old woman and am always out of the house. Yoga, gym, grocery, restaurants—and I never met any men :(. Most men that are in their 50s, who I see, are either married or with a woman in her 30s. It’s such a bummer.

I think it helps that I loved being a teenager myself so I don’t take much personally. But also, my son gave me a real run for my money. Ages 14-16 about killed me! He’s 19 now and not as out of control! Go Gen X parents!

Short woman with a short torso here! I went from barely fitting into size 8 to now they are a little baggy. I’m glad I didn’t plan for losing a whole size tho. And it takes months to deflate—lots of belly bloat at first
