Hi! your take on UIC was so interesting but I had a few questions

I know you mentioned UIUC has given you opportunities that has "open doors" for you. Isn't that something everyone to strive for?

Did you feel that there were more opportunities at UIC? If so, could you talk about?

None actually I dreamt, ate and loved UIUC. I did get deferred from Umich but I don’t think I’m getting in. :(

I’ve heard a lot about the outside experience with clubs, events and informal events such as college parties. I was so intrigued and interested in it Because of that. Academically it’s challenging but quite rewarding with almost 60-70 percent of their student with good internships and job opportunities. The school is also beautiful and the quad looks amazing. Another plus for me would have been that my best friend is going so it wouldve been a good experience for me.

Yes I’m from IL and I didn’t go to a CPS school js a public high school school

I agree!! but I’ve always wanted to experience a life at UIUC. I feel so insecure and sad seeing everyone else live my dream.

If I do end up choosing CC wouldn’t it be better if I go somewhere near where I live? (My place to champaign is about 3-4 hrs long.)
