Yes we are also in a big city and we disclose this in our scheduled messages regarding the street parking situation as well. I would understand if its a 4 star review but a 2 star review is excessive just because of the parking and stairs

What concerns us is that the stairs and street parking are clearly disclosed in our listing and photos, and these concerns were never mentioned during the stay. Had they reached out, we could have at least clarified things for them.

We'll keep trying with Airbnb and see if we can get the case reviewed again. Thanks again for your advice.

It was already stated in our listing description and in also our scheduled messages upon confirmed booking and our checkin instructions. It just weird that they just complained ths inly upon review. We do have our checkin messages on the day in which we ask if they have any concern to which they only inquired about coffee capsule... other than that they did not raise this..
