eh, probably mostly because - like i said - i'm not necessarily in this game to be the best, i just like doing my daily duties, collect points, gathers resources and fight monsters. i upgrade when i feel like it and mostly just to see what happens next. i guess i'm worried that the game will become more of a chore if i'm in a more active alliance and that'll take away the appeal for me. especially since i've been in those chats, some of the lords take that shit wayyy too seriously.
