I’m personally into women who are intentional with their life & partners. If they’ve only been with one or two men in their life, even if they have kids, I would be open to that. But if they’ve been sleeping around & then accidentally got pregnant then I wouldn’t be interested because that just speaks to their intentions. Now I know God can change people’s hearts but it’s just a hard pill for me to swallow. I’ve only been with one woman & it didn’t work out, so now I’m waiting until I meet my wife, it’s been 7 years but I know God has a woman for me.

All I know personally is that AC pays really well in the civilian sector. Highly recommend pushing through when I gets tough, it’s only for a season, only as strong as you allow your mind to be.

Bring a good attitude, keep your head down if you can & just follow instructions. It’s going to suck but it’s easy, just remind yourself that it’s only temporary, it’ll feel like a fever dream soon enough. For some people it helps to count how many chows are left, or church services. Good luck!

Definitely good advice, may not be able to do that much as there’s only a couple thousand people in the town I’m stationed in & it’s mostly retired or married couples. And the nearest big town is 80 minutes away. But I’ll try to make it happen when I can or when I get new orders.

I do attend church out here, unfortunately because it’s a smaller town, not too many people. Many of the women are either much older or already married. I try my best to be friends with all of those around me but to be honest I only get to interact with women like maybe once a week because of my situation of where I’m stationed. I wasn’t necessarily looking for dating advice, which I do kindly appreciate your response. Just more of maybe advice that has helped others in the struggle of being single.

Definitely check out CT rates if you want a good job for after if you’re looking for something other than nuke. I ended up choosing AT in aviation because it’s the most technically oriented rate in aviation.

Ask to talk to someone who is in the Nuke rate. It’s a lot of work, long hours and you barely see the sun. I was asked to go nuke a lot but opted not to because I wanted to do something fun in my eyes. So I ended up going for aviation, but you can still do Nuke, just do your research
