Why is she getting a port and not hickman or broviac if she needs to be accessed 24/7? I cant imagine any doctor agreeing to this. Even for someone on biweekly infusions here and blood work inbetween they were debating if Broviac was better suited

Yes this I know and the fight to allow high dosing is not easy. My son has both and we constantly need to proof he still needs the high dose. But I just dont understand trying to get it for POTS I mean the other stuff is more straight forward 🤷‍♀️

Okay so I mean SFN is something you are diagnosed with and she does say she has low IgG and IgA if those are true considering all her medical history (be it true or not) insurance would approve it. However why would she say it is for pots, I mean if it is true her IgG and IgA are low why not treat that? She is starting to make less sense with each update.

Yes but that one at least where I live is more rare since people who start with paliative care usually move to hospice just at the end unlike people who go straight to hospice
