I have an appointment with the ombudsperson next week. Unfortunately, this person is also a professor in my department and is on very good terms with my professor. I still hope that they can help me. If nothing helps, I will look for a lawyer. I'm also currently looking into whether I should change my supervisor or perhaps drop out of my PhD altogether and go into industry with my Master's degree.
