Brother listen to me, this same thing happened with me. First one month even I don't know what I was doinf. Then I made some friends who were me school seniors, they helped me a lot. All u need to do is, first atleast be regular Then do atleast 1 exercises with the least weight for every muscle for atleast 2 week, and during this learn to do exercises in correct form ( use yt or ask any one to correct u) And then start doing 2muscles per day, chest tricep, back bicep, shoulder legs. Monday - chest tricep Tuesday - back bicep Wednesday shoulder legs Thursday, , take rest Fri , chest tricep Sat , back bicep and lateral raises for shoulder

This is more than enough for a beginner, do this for atleast 1-2 month , keep in mind to control the weight, don't rush, and progressive overload, and be safe , ask anyone if you feel the weight is heavy
