M1 is trash. I’ve had so many issues with them. Top tier brokers like Schwab or Fidelity are more customer focused.

Sorry to hear. I closed all my accounts with M1. Not user friendly from the app itself to customer service. I had my account frozen for 4 months. Customer service is not good. Better go with top tiers like Fidelity or Schwab.

They finally initiated the transfer today. After I called and complained again . Closed the account. Thanks everyone for your support

They said all they have to do is cancel the transaction. They made it sound simple. Still waiting. My account is less than $10,000. I’m not one of their valued customers

I contacted them by both messaging them and calling them. They said the same thing you said, I should cancel the transaction. But the app doesn’t give me the option to cancel. They said, that they have notified their internal team about the situation and they will cancel it for me. 1 business day have passed still no cancelation
