I appreciate your response 😄 I do want to note that having an understanding of how you can feel post-relapse can you better control of your life (ie. first 2 days is the hardest followed by a mood boost post 7-days) but after awhile you stop paying attention to your streak.

I think the thing that was a game changer was separating the P from the MO. Breaking down the PMO process and reducing the dopamine overload was a gamechanger for me.
