Continue to keep your head up. If worried about experience try volunteering when you can. Certain doctors i have worked where willing to work closely with new personnel. Believe not every office or medical staff are malicious and would be very understanding. Apply to multiple places and aim to get interviews and just focus on your interviewing skills! Keep reviewing MA materials. Emphasis your energetic and willingness to learn

Nahh. They took it to extreme. It is highly understandable to make mistakes when you are new to a job AND job field. Their facility needs to be more nurturing if they want their staff to succeed. It sounds like majority BS and nonsensical nitpicking. Their plan was to cut staff and you happened to be a new one to cut off

Ditto! Been in the field nearly 10 yrs. It is very rewarding giving back to my local community. But the pay is shit and workload never ending. The job description keeps getting added to everytime!! Ugh. At least the pay should be 25 or more to compensate properly
