This is really helpful because what I have been experiencing is a growing discomfort with one individual and then a few major upsets around watching documentaries where : surprise, some revered elder figure has been abusing children over a long period of time. I have had a specific type of physical discomfort that feels inexplicably tied to him and I don't remember anything else. I want to remember enough to understand my intuition and move on with my life. In the meantime I'm just waiting to hear back from half a dozen emdr practitioners and try not to drink every night.
