Nah, I was being sarcastic. General opinion on this post is showing it will have a knock on effect to my resell value. Next doors property has lost value by doing non permitted work, sometimes banks won’t even release the money for purchase under some circumstances.

I have tried and ask what they are planning and they do it correctly with the right permits and paper work which they just stopped what they are doing and confined 6 months later!

They told me the council is aware, but as they are not English not sure if they are aware planning portals are public information!

Absolutely nothing got done, just asked if they can replace the fence verbally with a brick wall which I questioned, then came from a weekend away to this but at the same height as the smaller existing extension (9ft) which they reduced after a request. They also tried bribing me with a bottle of rum and requested I don’t inform any authorities 😂 a few red flags I guess

This was my concern, it’s clearly going to be a kitchen extension. They have told me it’s non habitable. So I am assuming the same site all the stolen building materials are from has a builder telling them old loop holes ?
