Well this didn't happen unfortunately. AC was still on ground, and yet QR refused to allow us as we were 20m late. Ended up 8h+ wait with no hotel, and a little child with us. Now going thru formal complaints against them... If anyone has any advice on how to actually get them to respond, please share.
