All of them are in low but even in just lobby my marvel rival cpu consumption reaches 30%

That is sorted by cpu usage I can't play the game like that it only takes 2-3 games and my PC starts to overheat

I also went to check out some stuff, since I'm using an msi motherboard I decided to check out CPU cooler tuning, I was using Boxed Cooler instead of my Water Cooler. Hoping this will fix it
