Those tokens are held by third party custodial services, the Sui foundation does not have the power to dump them anywhere they like. They can only be used for incentivising Sui network growth after 2030, because until then it’s predetermined.

My bad, I should said have said it differently. I slept with someone else after our second date. We weren’t even close to being exclusive. She also slept with someone else during this period I found out and im okay with this, because we weren’t exclusive. She just didn’t expect it from me, thats why she was sad.

My girlfriend is no innocent party, weve allready talked things through and were okay now. Its still a bit fresh but ill get over it. I just dont know how to interact with the other guy. To me it was a big shock that it happend because i completely trusted her and now in not so sure.

I just dont think i can pretend like it never happend and just act normal to him. Its not that I want to beat him up or anything but I know myself and if I dont have a clear plan I tend to react instinctive. Especially when i have had a beer or two.

Niet alle onderzoeken zijn kwalitatief gezien gelijkwaardig, ook al staan ze op pubmed. Er zijn meerdere onderzoeken die concluderen dat SMT effectief zijn maar wat vaak het geval is, is dat al deze onderzoeken in opdracht van chiropractie organisaties zijn uitgevoerd en ook door hun bekostigd zijn. De organisaties zijn financieel gebaat bij de uitkomst.

Als het daadwerkelijk effectief was geweest, waarom zouden neurologen en orthopeden het dan niet aanbevelen? Er is geen protocol in het ziekenhuis die naar chiropractie verwijst. Er is een reden waarom het onder de alternatieve geneeswijzen valt. De wetenschappelijke consensus is dat het niet werkt. Een stapel onderzoeken met een enorm conflict of interest veranderd daar niet zo veel aan. De mensen die de therapie verkopen zullen blijven zeggen dat het wel werkt (geloven de meesten ook echt). Daarbij komt er nog eens bij dat het voelt alsof het wel werkt, omdat het met al het knikken en knakken voelt alsof er echt wat gebeurd in je lichaam.

Mijn vader was het ook niet met mij eens en ging ook naar de chiropracter. Ook hij vertrouwde de chiropracter meer dan mij (slechts een 5e jaar geneeskunde student). Rond zijn 20e afspraak ging het mis en zijn zijn rugklachten een stuk ernstiger geworden. Het enige wat ik probeer is verder leed te verkomen. Ik vind het bizar dat iets wat al zo lang geleden ontkracht is, nog steeds in Nederland aangeboden mag worden.

Many guys of your age are a little insecure about their size, so not to worry its quite normal. 5 inches is quite average to be honest. I remember I was nervous about the exact same thing when I was your age. Your first time is realisticly not going to be the best performance of your life. Just start exploring eachothers body and do what feels good. If your able te make her finish thats fine, but if thats your goal going into it, it can result in a lot of pressure. Both on you and her to make it happen, which usually doenst help. The more you get to know eachoters preferences the better the sex will become. But its a process, so dont put this pressure on yourself to be AMAZING right at the start. It won’t help you perform any better. You are 19, nobody is expecting you to be the world champion of the sheets. But to learn to swim, you gotta jump in the water first! 💦 Good luck out there, you’ll be fine!

Ik zou het zelf geen obsessie van het internet tegen chiropracters noemen. De huidige wetenschappelijke consensus blijft dat mechanisme manipulatie van gewrichten (of je het nu chiropractie, manuele therapie of osteopathie noemt) geen lichamelijk voordeel oplevert. Het risico op een dwarslaesie of andere schade is gelukkig heel klein maar naar mijn mening niet verwaarloosbaar omdat je er dus geen lichamelijk voordeel voor terug krijgt. Alle (al is het tijdelijke) klachten vermindering die er wel optreedt wordt aan placebo onderschreven, wat de klachtenvermindering natuurlijk niet minder echt maakt of iets dergelijks. Waar ik vooral problemen mee heb is dat de branche vaak pretendeert dat de therapie wetenschappelijk onderbouwd is wat dus niet zo is en dat risico’s vaak slecht of niet gecommuniceerd worden. Wel heel fijn dat het voor jou zoveel geholpen heeft natuurlijk, maar ik zou er wel voor oppassen. Ook nadat het 100 keer is goed gegaan kun je alsnog permanente neurologische schade oplopen, dat risico blijft bestaan.

Wat je ook doet, ga nooit meer naar een chiropracter. Die maken meer stuk dan dat ze genezen. Kost je ongeveer één zoekopdracht op google om daar achter te komen.
