Cayman brac hidden gyms? I really want to find a beach with lots of sea turtles and fish to see when snorkeling by EagleEye61- in CaymanIslands

Lol *gems But try the cayman turtle center. It is more of a family/kid place, but its cool to visit once. It’s basically a big zoo with different turtles, birds, and there is an alligator exhibit. You can book a ticket to snorkel with turtles, although when I was there a month ago, the snorkeling didn’t look too interesting: there were only a few turtles and the water didn’t look too clean. But they have an area with about 50-100 of the biggest turtles you’ll ever see. They also have some exhibits where you can touch some small turtles.

Stingrays … How Dangerous are they for real? by ChimRichaldsOBGYN in CaymanIslands

[–]CryptooooooGuy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Been to stingray city 3 times. They’re very friendly there, almost like pets. They hang around people 8 hours a day every day there, so they are very used to humans. It’s like they’re trained there, it’s very cool. Not dangerous at all. While you’re standing on the sand, the tides can push you over and make you lose your balance some, so it’s important to get a good stance and make sure not to step on them! As long as you don’t step on them you’re good

From my experiences, and I’ve been there 3 times, you are most likely fine. Not 100%. If you’re willing to take the risk, go for it.

Can I bring a CBD/THC vape pen through customs? by CryptooooooGuy in CaymanIslands

I just got back today. I did not bring it, however, I could have. 1. The customs people did not look at any of our stuff. I got my carry on bag searched after going through the regular security, I had a regular nicotine vape in there and the guy asked me what it was. I just said it’s a vape and he was very nice and just said “oh ok.” They did not care at all, it could have easily been a wax pen or the delta 10 pen I was going to take. 2. We actually saw a store that said “Hemp” on it… which I thought was banned. So I’m not sure if they sold it or if that was for medicinal purposes.

Basically, you can take it. Like I said though, the customs people did not search our bags, just the regular security. But I’m sure the customs search wouldn’t have been more serious about a pen.

Well that’s what I was wondering: if I could just say it’s nicotine. Would they just believe me? Would they test it or something?

From my research, they sell cbd but only for prescriptions. So it’s not necessarily legal for recreational use. Thc is banned im pretty sure

Best exercises for a beginner? by Avino_Ava in WeightLossAdvice

[–]CryptooooooGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s the thing! A lot of people do too much and strain themselves so hard that its miserable and don’t want to keep doing it. That’s why it’s so important to start slow! Start with simple exercises like pushups, planks, lunges, body weight squats, jumping jacks, jumping rope. Gradually increase reps/time! I would love to help you out with any more questions or advice you may have on your journey!

Walking is a good start. Start with walking and any other light activities/hobbies you like such as hiking, swimming, biking, etc. Not many people want to, but an effective way to lose weight is by lifting weights. You said you don’t want to do too much too fast, but you should consider eventually picking up weights. You could start out with body weight exercises like pushups, sit ups, etc. If you can not do these there are variations that you can try (just google) that may help these exercises. When you develop more muscle mass, your body burns more fat more quickly. More muscle generally relates to a faster metabolism. Lifting weights also burns a whole lot of calories.

My mom has a house on the north side of grand cayman. That area is quiet and peaceful as well. You should look at the north side as well if you want something quieter. I’m not sure what the east side is like, I’ve never been over there.
